Mecalux Software Solutions has been included in the 2019 Europe Context: ‘Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems’ report by the market research company Gartner as a Notable Vendor. According to this report, recently published in July 2019, “Europe remains a vibrant market for specialized WMS vendors that offer broad and deep solutions. They have a particular focus on cloud, automation and process orchestration, and a growing international reach. Supply chain leaders can use this research to gain insight into the European WMS market”.
Mecalux Easy WMS is deployed in more than 900 facilities of more than 500 customers in 36 countries, mainly in Europe, but also shows growth in North and South America. Although most of these customers continue to rely on the on-premise modality, more and more companies are opting for the SaaS modality, a cloud-based deployment model with a monthly paid subscription.
Mecalux Easy WMS comes in three configurations (Pro, Advanced and Enterprise) to better suit the needs of customers, ranging from small, simple, manual warehouses to large, complex and automated warehouses.
Mecalux aims to deliver more competitive software that fits the needs of these particular industries: retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, 3PL, technology and electronics, automotive, foods and pharmaceuticals.
With more than 20 years of software development experience and 200 specialised engineers, Mecalux earmarks a large part of its revenue for R&D. Thus, Mecalux keeps improving its supply chain solutions to cover the needs of a demanding, expanding logistics industry.
Javier Carrillo - CEO of Mecalux
“The goal of Mecalux is to help more companies optimise their logistics, increase their productivity, reduce costs and adapt to a market as dynamic and globalised as the present one. We believe the fact that the world’s leading research and advisory company Gartner included us as a Notable Vendor in this report, is a tribute to over 20 years of software development and a proven track record of over 900 installations worldwide.”
